astrosaz, it works much better visually and for well-informed responses if you use a chart that shows both persons' planet positions. Also, for synastry purposes it is best to cut down the orbs to about 80%, so that the only ones much over 5° are the Luminaries.I understand your planets are shown in blue with Sun at 11° Scorpio. This synastry shows a mixed bag of 15 supportive and 16 challenging aspects as I count them.
It really depends on how you handle your Mars-Pluto conjunct his Sun-N.Node. That means aggression, sexual aggression, non-verbalized force of will. This inter-aspect also infers the possibility that life directions and ambitions will slowly merge in a powerful way or possibly that one or both of you will be unbending on meeting in the middle for anything but the erotic or sexual. Other possibilities are things like co-ownership of a business that takes tremendous determination and resourcefulness.
I would expect that if a relationship actually develops from the natural communicative connection that is probably developing (your mutual Sun/Mercury conjunctions), that it might seem 'destined.'
However, I must point out that your Saturn square Mars-Pluto aspect aligns with his Sun/N.Node. Whenever I see Nodes with multiple strong challenging aspects like this (Saturn, Pluto, Neptune) I know it will very likely require challenges to move forward that one or both parties are unwilling to make. And that is probably proper.
I have no doubt the communicative connection and lunar/venus/mars do make it alluring. I personally would be looking for a relationship in which the synastry does not show such stress to your Nodes.
As to others' responses, what "unaspected Moon" is referred to?
The guy in question (in red) has Moon about 11° Aries conjunct Jupiter 15° Aries in his own chart. So that's not it. So it must be in reference to astrosaz's chart. Wrong.
Astrosaz's Sun is quincunx his Moon.
Her Venus is exactly contra-parallel his Moon.
And before you jump in to say that "unaspected" is supposed to mean no traditionally defined 'major' aspects, just remember that words have precise meanings. Unaspected means 'not aspected' -- no aspects. The quincunx and the contra-parallel are very real aspects and very much 'major.'
The two aspects to his Moon are plenty to show emotional connection that would be enviable in any relationship. I see these kinds of declination aspects (parallels, contra-parallels) all the time in synastry. My synastry with my wife would probably look terrible to you until you take into account her Moon contra-parallel my Jupiter. Apply what Linda Goodman said about Lunar aspects in synastry to the declination aspects, parallels and contra-parallels, and you'll find some gaps filled in with many synastries you see.
No synastry analysis is complete without declinations, as I've shown here many times.
